policy in the business - no Return Authorization numbers, and no
restocking fees. Read on:
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase,
return it in the original packaging (Shoes and boots MUST come in their original box-with no tape, stickers,labels or markings- they will be refused in this conditon,as we cannot re-sell them, and cannot obtain replacement boxes) so that it is received by us within 14 days
from the day you received your item, for an exchange, store credit,
or refund, minus shipping costs. Returned items must be
received by us within 14 days of the day you received it in order
to be eligible for a refund. Any items received by us after 14 days
of the day you originally received them will be eligible for exchange
or store credit only. Items "On Sale" with the sale price listed IN RED are clearance items and are final sale. Include a copy of your receipt, along
with a request for exchange, store credit, or refund. We do not
require that you obtain a return authorization number, but we do
require that a copy of your receipt be included. We cannot accept
for return any items that do not include a copy of your receipt.

| HALLOWEEN RETURNS AND EXCHANGES |

All items sold in our online store are subject to
the above stated return policy, with the exception of:
Halloween Costumes and Accessories. Halloween Costumes and
Accessories may be returned or exchanged subject to our standard
return policy until October 15th of the year in question. Any Halloween
Costume or accessory received by us after October 15th is "Final
Sale" and will be refused. So, if you place your order after,
or even a few business days before the 15th, consider your purchase
to be Final Sale, since time will not permit a return before the
15th. If you need to exchange your costume or accessory for a different
available size (in the same style you purchased), you will be required
to contact us via email at HalloweenExchanges@Pinupgirlclothing.com
before shipping back your Halloween costume - this is to insure
that we have the size you wish to exchange for available. Any Halloween
costumes sent back to us without our authorization will be refused
and shipped back to you. All Halloween Costumes, and the Accessories
that were purchased for use with the costumes - including shoes
- are subject to the above stated policies. Please remember that
your order is a contract - and by ordering from us you understand
and agree to all of our store policies.
Returnable items must be in "Sellable Condition". In
short, this means that we must receive your returned item in the
same condition you received it. In detail, this means that worn,
soiled, altered, or damaged items, or items in soiled or damaged
packaging, will not be accepted, and will be shipped back to you.
We will accept hosiery returns on unopened packages only. Packages
must arrive at our offices within 14 days from the time you received
your order. After 14 days, store credit will be issued without exception.
When Returning an item, PLEASE be sure to send using delivery confirmation.
We cannot be responsible for any returned packages lost by the post
office. If you add delivery confirmation to your return, your package
will be trackable, and will serve as evidence of mailing.
Under no circumstances will we accept refused (Includes "undeliverable"
and "return to sender") packages for return. Refused orders
will be restocked, and you will be issued store credit for the cost
of the item only. Any ship charges are non-refundable. Orders must
be mailed to us as stated above in order for your return to be processed.
Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return
for your credit/exchange/refund to be processed.

| ITEMS RECEIVED DAMAGED OR NOT AS DESCRIBED |
|
|
If by chance you receive your item and it arrives
damaged or not as described, please contact us via email as soon
as possible and we will gladly arrange to have the correct/non-damaged
item sent to you. Items received damaged or not as described are
elegible for replacement only.

| ORDERING INFORMATION |
|
|
You may order online, or by mail. We are currently not taking phone orders.
When you place your order, you must provide us with valid contact
information. We will not fill orders which contain invalid e-mail
addresses or phone numbers. You must provide us with a correct billing
address, which matches the billing address for your credit card.
If this address does not match, your order will be immediately voided,
so please be sure to enter the correct billing information.
We cannot accept Visa or Mastercard gift cards at this time.

| BACKORDERS |
|
|
| Your credit card is charged by us for the total amount
of your order the day you place your order. If you are ordering multiple
items and any item is backordered, we will contact you by email. You
will be given the choice of cancelling the backordered item (and receiving
a refund for that item),or waiting for the item to come in (usually
backorders are filled within 2 weeks, but may sometimes take longer).
If you choose to wait, the charge for the backordered item remains
on your credit card. All backordered items will be automatically
shipped to you when available free of shipping charge. You may cancel
and be refunded for any backorder by emailing us at any time before
the backordered item ships. |
| LARGE ORDERS |
|
|
| Internet merchants are especially vulnerable
to chargebacks from customers using credit cards which do not belong
to them. Because of this, we may require that your order be shipped
to your billing address only, if the order amount is higher than
usual. We will not ship your order to any other address, if this
is the case. |
| CREDIT CARD FRAUD |
|
|
| We have a zero tolerance policy regarding fraudulent
credit card use. Our agressive stance towards internet fraud is
the only way we can keep our losses to a minimum and continue to
serve our loyal customers. We will report all attempts at fraud
to the FBI's Internet Fraud Complaint Center (https://www.ifccfbi.gov/),
and local authorities will be alerted.

| PAYMENT METHODS |
|
|
| We accept Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, and Paypal. We're sorry, but we no longer
accept payment by Check Or Money Order. We went three years without
any bad checks, but unfortunately, that has changed, and due to
the actions of an irresponsible few, we now only accept Credit Cards
and Paypal Payments.
|
| AVAILABILITY |
|
|
| "Availability" is generally defined as
the amount of time we need in-house to ready your order for shipment. We do not work on the weekends. All availability times are in business days.
About 80% of our stock has a 2-3 day availability. Shoes and some
lingerie items are on a 1-2 week availability, as they are stored
at a separate warehouse. To determine how soon you will receive
your order, add 2-3 business days (to cover transit time once shipped)
to the availability of the item you've ordered. If you ordered an
item with a 2-3 business day availability, for instance, you should
expect to see your item in 4-6 business days. Please remember that
if you order more than one item, your order will ship within the
time period for the item with the LONGEST availability. If for any
reason an item is backordered, you will be notified by e-mail or
phone of the expected shipping date.

| SHIPPING AND HANDLING |
|
|
We are now offering free U.S. shipping on orders over $150 to help you maximize your savings. International Customers, please see the "International Shipping" section for your free shipping offer.
We require a signature for all packages sent, be
it via Priority Mail, or Federal Express. Please keep this in mind
and have your item sent to an address where you will be available
to sign for the package.
We respect the privacy of our customers and will provide discreet
packaging upon request.
We now ship by Federal Express. Federal Express will not leave a package in an unsafe location. If the location is deemed unsafe, it will be available for pickup at the nearest Fedex location. A door tag will be left with the proper information. The shipping/ handling
cost for an average order is $8.50.
We also offer Federal Express (next day air), about $20 for most
orders (Can go up to $30 for very large orders), which is calculated
at time of order. We still need the posted Availability time to
process and complete your order, so please understand that if you
choose this shipping option, you will not receive your order the
next day. |
| INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING |
|
|
| Ship rates vary by country, and it is impossible
to accurately calculate the shipping cost. We charge a flat rate of $32 at time
of order, and if the actual shipping price is less, we will refund
that amount. Simply email us with the ship cost shown on the postmark
for your package, and we will refund the difference. We recommend
ordering along with friends so that you may split the ship cost
between you.
International orders totalling $250 or more are eligible for free International Priority shipping. Use the following coupon upon checkout to take advantage of this offer:ccfreeair IMPORTANT! Your country may charge you customs
duties, the amount of which we have no knowledge or control over.
Your country's customs department may also decide to arbitrarily
hold your package for any length of time it so chooses, another
factor we cannot control in the least. Please take this into account
when ordering internationally.
Ship Time to International destinations usually takes about a week,
but could take considerably longer due to any number of forces beyond
our control (like your possibly temperamental customs agent), so
please allow up to four weeks for international delivery.

| We offer FREE SHIPPING for both US and International orders over a certain amount - please scroll up to our "Shipping & Handling" and "International Shipping" sections for complete details and to acquire the free shipping codes. From time to time we offer special
sales to our customers. If you would like to be informed of these
sales by e-mail, please join our mailing list (See the form at the
bottom of each page of our site) and you will be informed whenever
we add new items or conduct a private sale.
Many of our customers place large orders for themselves and friends,
and in response to this, we have instituted a bulk discount: Orders
over $250 will receive 15% off when the following coupon code is
entered in the order form: cc2231. Please remember to use this code
when ordering - we will not apply the discount retroactively. This coupon is buried here at the end of the info page because we want to reward those customers who actually take the time to read our store policies!
We also understand that word of mouth is the best advertising,
and we love your friends as much as we love you! Return customers
receive discounts on all future orders, as well as store credit

Tees are available wholesale to retailers (a Tax I.D. # is required).

Items not made by us are not available for wholesale ordering.
