I wanted to love this dress but the proportions are so inaccurate I can’t even get it zipped. Having purchased other dresses from PUG, I followed the size chart and ordered my usual size small. The dress came and is gorgeous! Like I said though, can’t even get it zipped the top is so small. What’s worse - I can’t return it to get my over $100 back. I tried and the customer service is so bad! We went back and forth several times, them telling me to return it, me telling them the portal will not let me because the dress is marked final sale. So here I am stuck with a dress that I can’t zip up in a size that should have fit fine. I am so frustrated with the service that I received that I will never order from this site again. Horrible service, would not recommend!!!
