We believe in hiring legal workers who are paid a real wage. Our house brands, Pinup Couture, Deadly Dames, Laura Byrnes and Dixiefried, are all made right here in the USA by Americans and legally employed aliens who are approved by the Homeland Security Department. It doesn't get any more American than that. Pin Up Girl is an American owned company so profits stay in USA.

Statement on SB 657 - Pin Up Girl would like to address the problem of Human Trafficking, which can be defined as forced labor or modern day slavery. It is Pin Up Girl policy and philosophy to prohibit any form of human trafficking, slavery, or forced labor in our supply chain for both products we manufacture and products sold to us by third party vendors. Pin Up Girl believes in the importance of international labor and human rights standards. As a company philosophy, Pin Up Girl strongly opposes any and all illegal and unethical treatment of people, including any acts of slavery or human trafficking. Pin Up Girl does not knowingly employ slaves or trafficked persons. We inform all applicable Pin Up Girl suppliers of the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657) and have sought to include a provision in our product contracts with third parties in excess of $10M annually, ensuring both compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657) as well as requiring affirmation that they do not employ slaves or trafficked persons. Pin Up Girl supports SB657 in spirit, but is not legally bound by SB657.

Further, Pin Up Girl has taken steps to insure that any form of human trafficking is barred from our product supply chain. As we produce the vast majority of our products in the United States, we are in a unique position to closely monitor our production lines for any sign of forced labor – in the few instances where we make use of overseas components we have a zero tolerance policy. If we were to ascertain the use of human trafficking in our supply chain, the factory or vendor would be subject to our disciplinary policy and face termination of business if they did not correct their actions.

Pin Up Girl stance on hazardous materials - Pin Up Girl does not manufacture, in our house brands, goods that contain chemicals known to the state of CA to cause cancer and or birth defects or other reproductive harm. We do however sell goods from other vendors that may sometimes include these chemicals. If that happens, You will see a Prop 65 warning on said products so you can make a more informed decision.
