Enjoy free shipping on orders of $200+ (USD). 

International
International orders over $350 (USD) ship free. Some ready-to-ship styles ship separately by express courier, and their shipping cost shows at checkout.

Processing & Fulfillment

Please refer to each product page for specific processing times. As we ship from multiple locations, orders with multiple items may arrive separately. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment.

• Pinup Girl House Brands (Made to Order): Ship within 3 business days
• Poundton: Ships in 2 weeks
• All Other Items: Ship within 2–4 business days

Please note: Processing times may be extended during holidays or high-volume sales periods

Shipping Details

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package size
• All orders ship via USPS unless otherwise specified
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
• P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS

International Orders

• Duties and taxes may apply depending on your location
• If an international shipment is refused, return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund or store credit
• If these charges exceed the order total, no refund will be issued

Made to Order Shipping

Our house label designs are made to order: each piece is cut and sewn just for you in our workshop once you order, so we make zero surplus.

Production Timing
Orders go to our workshop daily at 8:00 PM Eastern / 5:00 PM Pacific. Orders placed after this time go into the next day's production.

Processing & Shipment
Made-to-order pieces ship within 3 business days. Workshop holidays can add a day.

Shipping & Tracking
All orders ship via USPS, with tracking provided once your order leaves our workshop. Tracking details will be emailed to you and can be followed on the USPS website.

Delivery Time
Made-to-order pieces arrive in about 3 weeks from when you order.

Global Shipping
We ship worldwide. Expedited shipping options are available upon request, though rates may be significantly higher.

*Business days are Monday through Friday, and we are closed on the observed dates for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Independence Day.
