Need to return or exchange something you just received? No problem! Start your request through our Return Portal.
For pennies on the dollar, Redo provides free unlimited returns and exchanges on all products and package protection.

Return Policies
Timing
Return must be initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date. Returns initiated after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Returns must be made through our Return Portal.
Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with tags attached
Cost
- If you selected Redo at checkout, your return or exchange is free. You can return or exchange any eligible item including final sale items.
- If you did not select Redo at checkout, the cost of the return shipping and a $5 restocking fee per item is deducted from any refund or store credit. Exchanges incur a return shipping charge but no restocking fee.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale items
- Items damaged after delivery
Package Protection
If you added Redo at checkout, your order includes package protection coverage. If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you can submit a shipping claim through our Return Portal. Once approved, you can choose your preferred resolution:
- Store Credit
- Refund
- Same-item exchange
Customers who did not add Redo at checkout are not eligible to submit shipping claims. Pinup Girl Clothing is not responsible for any package lost or stolen.
Additional Details
All returns are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. Non-eligible items may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
If we are unable to reach you regarding a non-returnable item within 60 days, the item will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
If you miss the return deadline or are finished enjoying your Pinup Girl house brand item, please list it in Pinup Girl Perennials, our peer-to-peer marketplace for pre-loved PUG. Our company endeavors to be fully circular, and reselling within our community gives PUG designs another life and is better for the environment.
