Need to make a return or exchange? We’ve partnered with Redo to make the process simple and seamless.

If you added Redo at checkout, your return or exchange is covered—start your request through our Return Portal.
If Redo was not selected, all items are considered final sale. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at care@pinupgirlclothing.com

Return Guidelines

Timing
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Full-priced
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Covered by Redo at checkout

Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final Sale / Online Yard Sale (OYS) items
  • Swimwear, intimates, face masks, and cosmetics
  • Print-on-demand items
  • Items damaged after delivery

Additional Details

All returns are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. Non-eligible items may be sent back at the customer’s expense.

If we are unable to reach you regarding a non-returnable item within 60 days, the item will be discarded and no refund will be issued.

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt
  • Refunds may take an additional up to 14 business days to appear
