Processing & Fulfillment
Please refer to each product page for specific processing times. As we ship from multiple locations, orders with multiple items may arrive separately. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment.

Made to Order Shipping
As part of our made-to-order approach, each piece is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. This allows us to reduce excess production while delivering something truly special.
Production Timing
Orders are sent to our factory daily at 8:00 PM Eastern / 5:00 PM Pacific. Orders placed after this time will be included in the following day’s production.
Processing & Shipment
Once your order enters production, it is typically completed and shipped within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and local factory holidays.
- Example: Orders placed Monday ship Wednesday
- Orders placed Saturday ship Tuesday
Shipping & Tracking
All orders ship via USPS, with tracking provided once your order leaves the factory. Tracking details will be emailed to you and can be followed on the USPS website.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 10–12 days from shipment. Customs clearance is included and typically processed quickly, with duties and fees covered.

We ship worldwide. Expedited shipping options are available upon request, though rates may be significantly higher.
