Domestic Shipping Information
For a limited time, we now offer Free Shipping with FedEx SmartPost for US orders with a Grand Total (excluding tax and shipping) of $200.00 or more. SmartPost is a collaboration between Fedex and USPS- all SmartPost deliveries will be completed by USPS. SmartPost tracking numbers will remain the same throughout the shipping process.
International Shipping Information
We offer Free Shipping with FedEx International Economy for non-US orders with a Grand Total (excluding tax and shipping) of $350.00 or more.

- Please note, we are not shipping packages to Russia, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Greece, and North Korea at this time.
- International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If you refuse an international shipment you will have the return shipping as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with the order removed from your refund or store credit. Should this amount exceed the entire amount of your order you will receive no money back nor any store credit.
- International Shipments take roughly a week however please allow up to three weeks due to the potential intervention of forces beyond our control.
General Shipping Information
Orders placed M-F before 10AM PST should ship the same business day, unless we are experiencing extreme order volume during the Holidays or following a Site Wide Sale. Orders placed after 10AM PST, or on the weekends, will ship out the next business day.
- FedEx SmartPost shipments typically have a transit time of 7 to 10 business days after the order has been shipped with delivery Monday-Saturday. Please note, orders shipping outside of the contiguous US with FedEx SmartPost can take up to 4 weeks to deliver.
- FedEx Home / Ground shipments typically have a transit time of 1 to 5 business days after the order has been shipped with delivery Tuesday-Saturday.
- FedEx 2 Day shipments are scheduled to deliver 2 business days after the order has been shipped with delivery Monday-Friday. No weekend deliveries.
- FedEx Overnight are scheduled to deliver 1 business day after the order has been shipped with delivery Monday-Friday. No weekend deliveries.
- Shipping and handling charges are determined by location and parcel size. To obtain a shipping estimate, please go to your Shopping Cart and fill out the Estimate Shipping and Tax form to receive a quote.
- Unfortunately we cannot guarantee express shipping times to customers with a PO Box address. Deliveries may be delayed an additional day or two due to USPS delivery schedules.
- Orders paid via PayPal may be subject to a 24 hour delay before shipping.
- Orders are shipped with signature confirmation required upon delivery for your protection; for domestic orders, $8.25 will be deducted from your return if the package cannot be delivered after 3 attempts and returned to us. You can, of course, contact FedEx to reschedule your shipment or to pick it up from them directly!
- Please note orders traveling to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped USPS. Stated USPS shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery within the carrier estimated delivery days.
- All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are shipped USPS.
- APO/FPO addresses are shipped USPS as required by law.
- Because of our expedited order processing we cannot make product substitutions once an order has been placed. We also cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or combine orders once they are placed during times of high order volume.
- If you have any delivery exceptions with your order, notify us within 5 business days (M-F) of your expected delivery day so that we can file a report with the parcel carrier. We cannot be financially responsible for expenses incurred if you do not report your issue to us within this time frame.
Pre-Order Shipping Information
Estimated ship times will be included on each pre-order item's page, but please note actually shipping dates for these items cannot be guaranteed.
*Business days refers to Monday through Friday and we are closed on the observed dates for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Independence Day.Our customer service hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm PST.
