Please read through our ordering guidelines below. Pinup Girl Clothing is an online retailer, and these guidelines help us serve all of our customers, including you, with fast & friendly service!
- Your order begins processing the moment you click 'Place Order'. This means that your items are picked and shipped without delay. If you do need to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel orders or items after you have received your shipping notification. These orders should be returned or exchanged according to our Returns and Exchanges guidelines.
- To correct or modify your contact or shipping information please contact as soon as possible and we will attempt to make your requested changes. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
- All orders must be placed online – No phone orders.
- All prices are listed in US Dollar currency and ship from the US.
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We do not, however, accept prepaid gift cards issued by these companies. Please note, your billing information must match your credit card billing statement or your order will be canceled.
Paypal: We accept Paypal payments, but please be aware that orders paid via PayPal may be subject to a 24 hour delay before shipping.
Gift Cards from PinupGirlClothing.com: If you are the lucky recipient of a gift card to our website, please add the information provided to you in your Gift Card email from us into the “Gift Cards” field on the Shopping Cart page. Don’t worry if you forget this step; in the “Payment Information” step of our Checkout you’ll see an option to click to add your Gift Card there, which will redirect you to your Shopping Cart page.
Store Credit from PinupGirlClothing.com: If you receive Store Credit from PinupGirlClothing.com, the balance will automatically be reflected in the “Payment Information” step of our Checkout. Please note, you must be logged into and purchasing from the Pinup Girl Clothing account that your Store Credit is associated with.
- It is your responsibility to provide us with correct contact information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Find all of our Shipping Policies here.
- International orders may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer’s responsibility.
- You no longer need to request a return authorization (RMA) for a damaged item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can better assist you. Find our complete Return Policy here.
- Some products sold here may contain chemicals and other substances that are known to the state of California to be hazardous to your health. Those products will be marked on their respective pages. Said items are not intended for use by children.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Find our Return Policy here.
- Please Note, Pinup Girl Clothing is not able to offer rain-checks for sold out items, nor can we honor promotional discounts or reimbursements on orders placed outside of our promotional time frame.
