Returns and Exchanges Policies

RETURNS & EXCHANGES  (updated April 2023)

Need to return or exchange something you just received? No problem! Please read through our policies below and visit our RETURN PORTAL to initiate your return.

Eligible items may be returned by mail, or package-free and label-free at a Happy Returns Bar. Items mailed by customer that are lost in transit without a tracking number will not be eligible for an exchange or return.

Return must be initiated within 14 days of the order fulfillment date to be eligible for a refund. Returns initiated after 14 days from the order fulfillment date are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Returns initiated after 30 days from the order fulfillment date will not be accepted. Returns must be made through our Return Portal to be eligible for a refund. 

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED: Full priced items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in new salable condition with tags intact may be returned. Defective or incorrect items can also be returned through the portal, we ask that you also email us at so that we may expedite the replacement process for you.

WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED: Items described as "Final Sale" or “Online Yard Sale” or "OYS" cannot be returned or exchanged. Swimwear, intimates, face masks and cosmetics cannot be returned. Items damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

We inspect all merchandise returned to us and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the condition of the item(s). Any items not meeting the above criteria will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If you cannot be reached with your provided contact information within 60 days from when we receive the non-returnable item(s) in question, the item(s) will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.

Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error or there is a manufacturing defect. The processing fees for Mail-in and Return Bar returns for refunds are $5 domestic, $10 Canada, and $20 for the rest of the world. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 14 business days after receipt of package at our warehouse.  A refund can take up to another 14 business days to be administered.
