It's been 2 months since I placed my order, and it has not been shipped. I was offered a store credit when I reached out and asked for a refund. That's a wildly inappropriate response as my money was given to you in exchange for goods. I've never received the goods yet Pinup Girl Clothing wants to keep my money? This company used to be one of my favorite places to purchase from but things like this made me stop shopping from them over a year ago. I decided to give them another chance and found myself disappointed again. I have to file a claim with my bank to get my money back.
