Need to return or exchange something you just received?  No problem!  Please return your item in its original condition within 14 days of your delivery date for a refund back to your original payment (minus shipping charges) or store credit. Returns sent back after 14 days of delivery will only be eligible for store credit.  We will refuse any returns after 30 days from original delivery date.

 

Please note:

  • Refusing Returns: Items must be returned in original condition.  Items are inspected upon arrival and they must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached.  We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
  • Returning Final Sale: Any "Yard Sale", "Final Sale", or mystery items are non-refundable and we will not accept them if they are returned to our warehouse.
  • Returning Lingerie/Swimwear/Hygienic Items: Items that are exposed to intimate areas will not be accepted. If you would like to return items such as the Longline Bra, Bikini Swim Bottoms, etc., please be sure to try these on over clothes and to not remove protective lining. Any signs indicating otherwise will not be accepted. Masks will not be accepted at this time due to their need as a hygienic item. 
  • Orders with Free Shipping: Orders that are returned in full which utilized a free shipping promotion will be subjected to a reduction in refund or store credit in the amount of $8.50 (for domestic) or $40 (for international orders), reflecting the price to ship the items.
  • Shipping fees: The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.  Buyers who prefer an exchange will be given an invoice for their new order and be asked to pay for the shipping of the new item to them.

  

START YOUR RETURN: 
To start a return, please fill out our RETURN FORM.  It is okay if you cannot find the SKU, but we please ask if you can clearly write the name of the item being returned. Be sure also indicate the type of refund you prefer (store credit or funds back to original payment).  Please note the above terms when return your item.

WANT TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM?

If you would like to exchange an item, please go ahead and follow the steps to start a return.  To ensure the item you want does not run out of stock, we recommend you complete another order and send an email to customer service with the order numbers for the exchange (contact@pinupgirlclothing.com)You are still subjected to the same return process and inspection. 

Alternatively, please indicate on the return slip that you would like an exchange and for what items.  Items lost in transit without a tracking number will not be eligible for an exchange.

Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 14 business days after receipt of package.  A refund can take another 14 business days to be administered.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item(s), please contact us through our email contact@pinupgirlclothing.com so we may start the replacement process.  

We inspect all merchandise returned to us and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the condition of the item(s).
