Terrible customer service. This dropship vendor seems use a terrible delivery service called Uni Uni, which left my package on a very busy street on a Sunday after hours, ignoring the posted signs to deliver during biz hours and to the back entrance. The package was stolen. Pinup girl refused to send a replacement because I didn’t buy purchase protection. However, I bought the dress through the Shop app which didn’t offer purchase protection. Uni Uni customer service was impossible to get a hold of. Luckily Pinup girl sent a replacement & this time I left delivery instructions with the carrier & posted extra signs before they delivered. However, the driver for the 2nd package did the same thing & ignored all the signs posted & left the package on the street again! It was stolen again. Pinup is refusing to give me a refund/ replacement unless the shipper claims responsibility, but they are very hard to get a hold of. Absolutely terrible experience I will never shop here again.
